According to the United Nations, human rights are rights inherent to all human beings regardless of race, sex, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. From this definition, one can understand that these rights are rights to life, education, freedom of speech and opinion, freedom from slavery and torture etc. but is there anything like human rights today; does this really exist in the world we live in? This is a topic of interest to me because I see all around me injustice, corruptions at the highest levels of governments, racism, discrimination, victimizations and so on. What should be done now?
